MENTEE
Learning From Others
A mentee is any individual of any race or age who needs to absorb a mentor's knowledge and have the ambition and desire to know what to do with this knowledge. The mentee determines the capacity of the mentoring connection. The mentee decides upon the amount of help and guidance he/she needs.

This is accomplished by matching individuals that are committed to investing in their growth (mentees) with individuals who are committed to nurturing the growth and success of others (mentors).

Those under 18 years of age require a guardian approval to become a mentee.
