MENTORING
Mentoring is a relationship between two individuals with the goal of professional and personal development. The "mentor" is usually an experienced individual who shares knowledge, experience, and advice with a less experienced person, or "mentee."
MENTEE
A mentee is any individual of any race or age who needs to absorb a mentor's knowledge and have the ambition and desire to know what to do with this knowledge. The mentee determines the capacity of the mentoring connection. The mentee decides upon the amount of help and guidance he/she needs. Is this you?
